Water Doesn't Always Hydrate - What?

Let’s get real about hydration.  Chugging plain water all day sounds noble, but here’s the kicker, it can actually flush out your electrolytes.  Sodium, potassium, and magnesium aren’t just fancy words, they’re the VIPs of cellular hydration. Without them, you’re basically a walking, talking dehydrated raisin, no matter how much water you drink.

Good hydration isn’t just about avoiding a dry mouth. It’s about keeping your body in balance. Electrolytes help regulate glucose, boost energy, and keep your kidneys from throwing a tantrum.

So, next time you reach for that water bottle, maybe toss in a pinch of salt or a touch of No Salt [found in the spice isle and contains TONS of potassium]. Your body will thank you with fewer headaches, better energy, and a happier vibe overall.

Much Love,
Lynn

  1. Great to learn about 'no salt',! I like to add lemon juice to water and we've been using this sea mineral supplement to our water called "Trace Mineral drops" that I highly recommend.

  2. As someone who has naturally low blood pressure and low sodium, referred to as a 'salt loser', potassium can be detrimental. I have noticed though since I went carnivore, my blood pressure has gone up.

    1. That's great. Carnivore has healed a LOT of issues in people.
