Just got my best cholesterol results on ketovore compared to eating no meat and lots of plant based carbs while doing a liver cleanse! I wouldn't advise any cholesterol test while doing extended fasting because the lack of food will liberate fat from storage into the blood stream to be used as energy. After the fast things will normalize and I usually feel much better as long as carbs are limited.
