Cables, Stars, and the Hidden Truth

The notion that satellites dominate our global communication has been a grand illusion, perpetuated by sleek marketing and propaganda. In truth, the vast majority of intercontinental data travels not through  satellites but via a sprawling network of submarine fiber-optic cables lying on the ocean floor. These conduits, stretching across continents, are the unsung heroes of our digital age. While we gaze upward at the sky, the real work happens beneath the waves, courtesy of remarkable (and very dated) technology.

This deception has not gone unchallenged, and history reveals a darker side to these cables’ existence. Battles have been fought to protect these underwater lifelines, their strategic value rivaling that of any fortress. Nations have clashed to secure or sever these data arteries, recognizing that control of information is power. We’ve been lied to, fed a narrative of satellite invincibility while the true backbone of our connectivity lies vulnerable.  

Even today, the illusion persists in navigation, where ships still rely on the ancient art of reading stars, a practice that mocks our GPS obsession. GPS satellites, it turns out, are tethered to land-based towers and their signals are unreliable or nonexistent over vast oceans. Mariners have to  turn to the cosmos, proving that technology’s reach has limits. Meanwhile, those transatlantic cables hum along, carrying the world’s secrets. The satire lies in our gullibility is we believe balloons and satellites rule, when cables and constellations still hold the reins.

I sense we are trying to merge away from these vulnerable "cables" beneath the waters, but it will take time.  I've done many readings on the logistics of satellites and the fact they do not exist in space as the lie has been told to us.  They are all held in the sky with weather balloons and It is difficult to get a weather balloon to stay in a static position which would be necessary for GPS to work properly.  Until then, GPS will be land based and ONLY usable where you can get a signal (unless you download the directions before you leave for your journey).  If GPS satellites REALLY existed from above, you should always have a signal, right?   I mean we can allegedly get communication to the moon but we cannot get a cell signal in deep rural America - that's a different lie to expose on a different day.
