This approach deserves looking at again, as it addresses the root causes rather than just masking symptoms with medication.
This shift back to thinking about diet could empower many to take control of their health. While medications have their place, prioritizing nutrition offers a sustainable path forward, potentially reducing the need for lifelong drug dependency (and their long-term side effects).
