A Campbell’s VP just got fired after a leaked recording where he called the company’s iconic soups “shit for fucking poor people” and admitted he barely eats their products anymore because “it’s not healthy now that I know what the fuck’s in it.” In the same rant, he claimed the company uses “bioengineered meat” and specifically said he doesn’t “wanna eat a piece of chicken that came from a 3D printer.” Campbell’s immediately denied it, fired him, and insisted all their chicken is real, antibiotic-free, and fully traceable. But the damage is done. The mask slipped, and someone at the top just admitted out loud what a lot of us already suspected..jpg)
The ugly truth is he’s not entirely wrong about the bigger picture. Our grocery shelves are packed with ultra-processed frankenfoods loaded with bioengineered ingredients, seed oils, corn syrup derivatives, and lab-made additives that barely resemble anything nature ever produced. “Bioengineered” is now on thousands of labels (often in tiny print) because companies can genetically tweak corn, soy, canola, and sugar beets however they want and still call it “food.” Real chicken might be in that can of Cream of Chicken, but it’s swimming in a sea of stuff your grandma wouldn’t recognize. Read every label, because “natural” stopped meaning anything a long time ago.
Much Love,
Lynn
