When you are back to blogging, I wonder if you could have a look into Raynaud’s syndrome? It’s a condition that makes your hands/fingers and toes very sensitive to cold. I am aware of deficiencies and other reasons for cold hands and feet but raynauds is the one that seems to be somewhat prevalent within my family.
Even in the summer time, I could be sweating on my chest and back from the heat but my hands would always be stone cold. People are often taken aback at how cold my hands are when after shaking hands, even in the summer!
I heard of someone curing this with zeolite!?
