Holiday Reset: Golden Honey with Cinnamon & Turmeric

As Christmas approaches full of extra sugar and low sunlight (vitamin D), it's easy to feel a bit off with low energy, bloat, or just not 100%. 

Here's a simple natural reset I use ALL the time in my home: Mix ½ cup pure raw honey with 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon turmeric into a golden paste.  Take a spoonful 2-3 times a day (straight or in warm water with tea). These ingredients pack antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that support immunity, digestion, and overall wellness.
This tried and true combination will have you feeling better by the weekend!  I keep some mixed and in the kitchen as this is shelf stable for quite some time.  Happy health!
