Starting around 2011, influential figures with ties to Epstein began exploring ideas around a global health crises and partnering with major institutions like the WHO, World Bank, and others.  They then framed pandemic preparedness exercises in a high-profile simulations that eerily mirrored aspects of what soon became a real-world catastrophe. 

This isn't just coincidence?  I think not.
