Propaganda Machine is at Work

Propaganda remains one of the most powerful tools in modern conflicts by selective reporting, censorship and manipulation. In today's world it's harder than ever to trust what we see and hear, as governments and media on all sides curate narratives while scrubbing or banning things in the media.  

The current battle in the Middle East has the propaganda machine supercharged. It is obvious nations with big egos and high stakes refuse to admit setbacks, leading to aggressive control over public information to project unbreakable strength.

A prime example is the recent speculation around Is-real's Prime Minister whereabouts. Most recently he was absent from a key high-level security cabinet meeting which is something unprecedented. Social media exploded with claims of his death or disappearance, and a deepfake appearance with 6 fingers highlighted this. 

In this war of narratives an entitled leader's temporary MIA may mean nothing, or it could mean the war he provoked is the last war he will see.  I sense the later.  What do you think?

Regardless, let's just pray that at the end of whatever is happening peace will overshadow the evil that has been.
