To the psychopaths pushing Soylent Green-style chemicals as food, paleo and keto are now considered dirty words. Stay vigilant. Check yourself and your animals daily, and keep eating real, nourishing food.

Quick Tick Removal Tips (Safe & Effective):
- Use fine-tipped tweezers. Grasp the tick as close to the skin as possible (at the head, not the body).
- Pull upward with steady, even pressure. Do not twist, jerk, or squeeze the tick’s body.
- Clean the bite area and your hands with rubbing alcohol or soap and water.
- Dispose of the tick by drowning it in alcohol, sealing it in tape, or flushing it down the toilet.
- Lastly, don't freak out. Most times with quick removal nothing happens.
