Who is done being watched?

Most, if not all people are done with every click being tracked, every scroll being monetized and every moment turned into data for someone else's profit. We are sick of the constant marketing, the endless pitches and the feeling that we're nothing more than the product being sold to the highest bidder (because we are).  What is really concerning is what they are planning and what is in our future with this increased surveillance state.  

At the end of the day people just want to live their lives quietly, freely and without the weight of surveillance and sales pitches hanging over them. 

Peace.  Such a simple request.  Are they pushing folks too far and are we on the cusp of a revolt?
