The Quiet War That's Happening

In our everyday lives the most insidious battles are fought quietly. Fluoride in water, wireless radiation from constant connectivity and processed ingredients shape our biology in ways that feel normalized yet cause serious long-term concerns.

These "advancements" promise safety and efficiency while causing fatigue, metabolic disruption and dependency. Medical interventions and food additives further shift the scales prioritizing corporate greed.

By choosing whole, unprocessed options and minimizing unnecessary tech and toxins, we reclaim control in this subtle war for well-being.

On stevia...  I saw this on the list, and it probably doesn’t belong. It comes from a plant and is widely used by diabetics because it doesn’t spike insulin or blood sugar.  It is largely safe in the big scheme of things. Just food for thought...

Much Love, Lynn

  1. Stevia has always tasted like aspartame to me, so if I accidentally ingest it I get the shakes all day, just like if I had accidentally ingested aspartame. I know it's my mind, but it gives me the same reaction. Intuitively it feels horrible. I used to ask all my teachers in nutrition school if there were any negative studies on it and they could never provide anything. I still detested the stuff. I found some scans of old literature online and it mentioned stevia is linked to infertility.

    1. That's interesting. I do use Stevia and haven't noticed any issues. You do have to watch what they cut it with and make sure you are getting it pure (and only need very small amounts). You can also grow your own.

    2. Yes the stevia was always pure. Could not detest the stuff more - haha, it's absolutely not for me! Have not allowed it to trespass my body for years.

  2. Yes I've also ate straight from the plant as well. I'm glad you found something that works well for you.

    1. Honey is also a great alternative. We have a beehive and so do many of our neighbors.
