There's a massive push to turn everyone vegan unless you're chowing down on crickets. Ever wonder why? The answer might just surprise you. Some folks ditch meat thinking it’ll boost their spiritual mojo, but what if this satanic clown world is steering us away from what fuels our physical, mental, and spiritual growth?
Biblically speaking, we were given dominion over animals (Genesis 1:26-28), but that comes with a side of responsibility. We’re to honor and respect these creatures, not waste their lives or take them lightly. If we choose to consume the animal, we are to avoid being wasteful.
Early in my journey to a more biblical lifestyle, I stumbled across a book that hit me and had a lasting impression. It is called He Came to Set the Captives Free by Rebecca Brown. In Chapter 14, under “Battling in the Spirit World,” Brown stated that red meat might just keep demons at bay. She claims that spiritual warfare drains your body’s protein, and red meat is the ultimate recharge we need to fight the battle. She points to Elijah, who was fed bread and meat by ravens (1 Kings 17:2-6), and cites 1 Timothy 4:1-5, which warns against doctrines banning meat, noting that it’s sanctified by God’s word and prayer. Satan, she says, wants us weak, and forcing us to skip the burger might just be his sneaky tactic.
Before diving into the Bible, I experimented with every diet and fad under the sun. I went vegan for about six months and it left me tired, unmotivated, and craving everything in sight. Mowing the lawn or weeding the garden would wear me out. Then I found Keto, the polar opposite to veganism, and it was a game changer. Your body craves what it’s built on. The brain? It’s practically a cholesterol, protein, and fat smoothie. Your nervous uses those nutrients too. Starve yourself of them, and things go south. The decline is fast for some and slow for others. To top it off, those lobbyists (or as I call them, demon pushers) shoved a food pyramid down our throats that’s all wrong, hyping sugar loaded cereals, breads, and grains as the fundamentals to health. In reality carbs should take a backseat, and meat paired with healthy fats should steal the show.
In this backwards world that thrives on keeping us sick and sugar-addicted, it’s time to grab the reins of our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Let’s ditch the processed junk, eat what truly nourishes us, and maybe, just maybe, keep the demons at bay with a juicy burger.
Much Love,
Lynn
Going carnivore changed my life. 20 plus years of struggles (depression, autoimmune, suicide ideation and many more issues) gone. I lost 40lbs in a few months without trying, plus I gained clarity, energy, elevated moods, to name only a few things.
ReplyDeleteI fell off due to travel and some other things. Many of my issues came back. I've been slowly getting back. This post was a sign from God to move forward fully.
That's interesting. I've considered carnivore, but haven't got there yet. Keto is working for me at the moment.
DeleteThank you for this. I have started to notice an improvement after switching to this type of diet recently. I still eat a few carbs and sweets here and there but its mostly meat, eggs and dairy now.
ReplyDeleteThat's great!
DeleteTwo of my siblings are both vegans. I stopped eating meat on a regular basis years ago, but continue to eat other animal sourced proteins. Interestingly, I asked Google's AI gemini what he thought, and it turns out read meat is higher in iron and B12 than other animal sources of protein. So for those who need plenty of B12 and iron, read meat might be the way to go. Interestingly, women who need alot of iron to cover their loss during periods are often the ones to choose a vegan diet as well.
ReplyDeleteThat is interesting!
DeleteEven within the bounds of a carnivore diet, I think the ethicality of eating more meat than what is absolutely necessary to meet nutritional needs, can be questioned. Today we have a global, efficient agriculture, which means we only need very small amounts of meat to satisfy nutritional needs. I think it's also a misconception, that people in the past ate much more meat than today. Actually, it's the other way around. In the past people ate much less meat than today, except for the well-to-do. So Lynn, if your theory holds true, that meat is so good for spiritual battle, we should see a significant decrease in diabolical activity today, compared to past centuries, but to me ut seems quite the opposite.
ReplyDeleteThe issue is there is a whole lot of crap and processed for out there, and that works against the wholesome diet. People may eat meat, but McDonalds meat isn't exactly meat.. That isn't what I'm referring to.
