HAARP’s Flood on Texas

It is undeniable that apocalyptic floods decimating Texas and are now creeping into other regions at the handiwork of HAARP’s sinister weather manipulation. HAARP was supposedly “decommissioned” in 2014 which we know isn't true and has since been stealthily upgraded into a weather manipulating machine.  It blasts the atmosphere with radio waves to manipulate  and summon rainfall like the 20-inch rain bombs that destroyed parts of Texas. This isn’t Mother Nature throwing a tantrum.  It was a calculated strike by the deep state, likely sending a message, creating a distraction or at the very least manipulating a better stock return. 

The relentless spread of these storms, complete with bizarre cloud formations and wild temperature swings is clearly man-made.  Let’s not overlook the chemtrails streaking the skies which rain down toxins, alongside the eerie dust and smog choking the air around these flooded zones. This dark faction of government is clearly using HAARP and chemtrail cocktails to rig agriculture markets, displace us peasants, and flex their weather-warfare muscles. My sad looking tomatoes are proof!
History tends to repeat itself and the US learned to seed the sky to produce massive amounts of rain before.  How many of you have heard of Operation Popeye?  The declassified files of the US using weather warfare to win Vietnam are basically a how-to guide. 
The public’s growing outrage, fueled by real-time footage and the stench of smog, will eventually drag this truth into the daylight.  Sadly, we might all need boats and a hazmat suit to survive their brilliant scheme.

    I had no doubt the Texas flood was a HAARP directed energy event, There are many places in the US vulnerable to flooding or Hurricanes that are known and this low lying valley where Texan kids have traditionally camped was one of them, The suddenness of the Flooding at 2 AM to cause maximum death is also a sign of the evilness behind those who still control this technology.

    Hello Lynn,

    Could you please look into the June 12 Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad. The AI171 flight was headed to London but dropped to the ground in a fireball just moments after take off leaving some 250-plus dead and only one survivor. While investigation is ongoing there is talk (from western media) of one of the pilots (the captain monitoring the flight) being suicidal and might have moved the switches to cutoff fuel. The preliminary reports simply say the switches had 'transitioned'. Is this an attempt to cover up Boeing's / AI's own shortcomings or was it a delirate act by the pilot? Would appreciate your insights. It's a horrific tragedy.

      Yes, I will look at this. I do have it on my list and just haven't done it yet but need to sooner rather than later.
