Healthy End-of-Week Guide

Hey everyone! As we wrap up this fabulous week let’s end the week on a positive note.  The image I’ve attached is your cheat sheet to feeling your best.  Think coconut water to cool a fever or pineapple to soothe that pesky cough (this really works!).  

Take a moment to treat yourself right.  Maybe sip some peppermint tea for congestion or munch on walnuts for joint pain. These simple foods can work wonders, and with this handy guide, you’ve got the tools and tricks to feel good!
