Big Pharma has a stranglehold on the medical industry, and it’s no secret they profit immensely from pushing prescription drugs over natural remedies like vitamins. The vitamin cheat sheet I'm attaching to this post clearly shows how essential nutrients like Vitamin A for vision, B12 for red blood cell production, or C for immune support can address a wide range of health issues. Yet doctors are rarely encouraged to recommend these as a first-line approach. Why? Because there’s no multi-billion-dollar incentive for pharmaceutical companies to promote something you can get from a carrot or an orange. They’d rather sell you a pill than tell you to eat a salad! They wield their Rx pads like magic wands, prescribing pills that treat symptoms, create other side effects and ignore root causes.
It’s time to take health back into our own hands and get back to the fundamentals. With proper guidance, many people can address their health issues through nutrition rather than relying on a doctor’s script. Big Pharma won’t support this shift because it threatens their wallet, but individuals can empower themselves with knowledge. Focusing on real food and vitamins can solve many problems naturally, breaking free from a system that values profit over genuine well-being.
