True Food Pyramid - Make Food Real Again!

After years of being misled by dietary propaganda designed to pad the profits of big corporations, we finally have an official food pyramid that actually leans toward real health. 

This new USDA "Eat Real Food" guide flips the script.  It puts proteins (like meat, eggs, seafood), full-fat dairy, healthy fats (avocados, nuts, olive oil), and plenty of vegetables right at the foundation while giving a smaller role for grains at the bottom. 
Note it says "Real Food" and there's zero mention of insect protein, crickets or additives like red-40 anywhere in the pyramid. Here's hoping this momentum keeps going and we can get that junk off the shelves and food supply.  Let's make food REAL  again!
