Get Your Daily Dose of Sunshine

Before the age of antibiotics when people felt ill, doctors often sent them to the mountains for fresh air and sunshine. It was the best medicine available at the time. We could learn something from this old method of healing (which worked). 

Next time you aren't feeling well, even if it's just a cold, fatigue, or feeling down, consider the simplest things first. Step outside, breathe in some fresh air, sit in nature, and let the sun hit your face. Those basics still have real power to lift your mood and support your health. 

Spring is right around the corner and I don't know about you but I can't wait for longer and warmer days!
