LED Flicker Is Not Food for the Soul

LED lights seem to be everywhere.  They flicker at high frequencies that are invisible to the naked eye, but very detectable by the brain. This flicker causes headaches, eye strain, fatigue, migraines, and neurological stress.

The blue-rich spectrum is another issue.  It suppresses melatonin, disrupts circadian rhythms and hurts sleep quality.  Blue light exposure also increases anxiety, depression and mood disorders.

Incandescent bulbs (if you can find them) deliver steady, flicker-free light with a warm spectrum that aligns better with natural biology. The push to phase out incandescent stems from government efficiency mandates aimed at cutting energy use and emissions, however, many see this overreach prioritizing grid goals and corporate profits over personal health.

If you're feeling wired, tired, or anxious despite "good" habits, try warmer, high-quality flicker-free light.  Listen to your body and do what feels right because we are nothing but an experiment to the evil elite.

Much Love, Lynn
