5000 Years of Bread and Suddenly Everyone is Allergic

A lot of people who think they have a bread or gluten sensitivity actually have issues with glyphosate (the main ingredient in Roundup), which is heavily sprayed on US wheat crops right before harvest. This chemical residue can disrupt gut health, worsen gluten-like symptoms and mess with digestion in ways that feel identical to gluten problems. 

I've seen this firsthand in Wellness Coaching sessions.  Clients who lived abroad (where glyphosate is banned or heavily restricted) ate bread/pasta freely without issues. Then they move to the US and suddenly bread wreaks havoc. Same person, same gut, different wheat source.

Try organic or imported options from countries that avoid this poison.  You might be surprised how "gluten" stops being the villain. It's often the chemicals, not the ancient grain itself.
