If you’re looking to naturally boost your teeth and enamel, it’s all about eating smart and keeping up with good oral habits. Eat foods like cheese, yogurt, spinach, salmon, and eggs. They’re packed with calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D, which help your enamel stay strong. You can also toss in some grass-fed butter or fermented foods for vitamin K2, which helps get calcium where it needs to go. Cut back or ideally eliminate sugary snacks and sodas since they feed the bad bacteria that mess with your teeth. Steer clear of acidic foods which break down the enamel.
Chewing xylitol gum can get your saliva flowing, which is awesome for neutralizing acids. Some folks swear by oil pulling with coconut oil to keep bacteria in check. Don't forget to drink plenty of non-fluoridated water to keep your mouth from drying out. The goal is to keep a healthy saliva production which is one of the best defenses.Cryptos are on FIRE right now. Join my Free Pi Crypto team and get your piece of the pie!
