Tried and True Healing Combos

Feeling a bit off or like something's coming on? These natural go-to combinations are tried and true! Keep these simple pantry staples on hand for quick immune support: 

  • Dried elderberries (for soothing tea with honey)
  • Fresh ginger and turmeric root
  • Lemons
  • Raw honey
  • Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Bone broth (homemade or quality store-bought)
  • Cayenne pepper and black pepper
  • Cinnamon sticks
A few go-to brews: hot lemon-ginger-turmeric tea with honey and a dash of cayenne, warm apple cider vinegar with honey and cinnamon or elderberry simmered into a syrupy tea. All are simple, natural, and effective when you need that extra boost. Stay well!
