Friday Pick-Me-Up

I wanted to leave you with a quick Friday pick-me-up.  Always remember your past is not your identity. What you do now and what choices you make are what matters most. Rewrite the story now. Let that sit with you.

You are not locked into yesterday’s version of yourself. One choice, one conversation, one small act of courage today can change everything.

Much Love, Lynn

Rise In The AI Machine

What began as clever chatbots and a few experimental machines is now growing toward systems that can see, plan, move and adapt in the real world. Progress that took decades is happening in months.  I see this as alarming and a slow takeover.

Terminator used to feel like distant science fiction. Now it seems less like a fantasy and more like a warning. The real question isn’t whether the technology will keep getting more capable.  The question is whether we stay ahead of it or whether we wake up one day realizing we built something we no longer fully control.

Where do you see humanity next year?  This looks like one more step toward the mark of the beast.

Turn Off the Phone and Reclaim Your Empty Space

A rotary phone, cassette player, vinyl and board games that required actual people sitting across from you seem like a scene from the distant past. A newspaper you held in your hands that didn’t refresh every thirty seconds is something many kids now will never feel.

Could you live like that again? [I could!] Could you give up the smartphone with constant pings? Life then was slower. You waited for the phone. You missed people if you weren’t home. You knocked on a neighbor’s door instead of sending a text. Kids played Monopoly until someone flipped the board. Adults sat on porches and talked with neighbors.

Now kids are losing the habit of unscripted conversation.  They’re less practiced at reading a room or sitting through an awkward silence. We order everything, stream everything and treat a message as being enough. Visiting neighbors used to be normal. Now it feels like work. Technology promised simplicity. What it delivered was more layers of complexity and chaos with constant notifications, passwords, group chats that never end and the low-grade pressure of being reachable and accessible to the world all the time.

We carry a device that does a thousand things and still feel busier than ever. The old way wasn’t better in every way. You were either there or you weren’t. The record played until the side ended. The game lasted until it was over. That’s the part worth missing, not the inconvenience, but the empty space. The part of life where you didn't always have to be "on." Try shutting off the phone or leaving it in a different room and taking a break.  Your mind and body will thank you.

Much Love, Lynn

Real Food Doesn't Need a Software Update

There is something deeply insulting about watching powerful people vilify a steak while they 3D print meat for human consumption.  How on earth are they marketing this? They are making insects ground into powder and protein grown in a tank. Nobody asked for this.  They just forced it on us to virtue signal a green planet while they destroy the very planet with solar farms and AI data centers.  This is about corporate greed and profit, and nothing else.

We did not wake up craving cricket flour or a burger that started as a science experiment. We want food that is actual food.  Notice how the people pushing this rarely seem to live on it.

Here is the other thing. If the product is so noble, put the actual ingredients on the front in letters large enough to read from the aisle.  When you have to hide it or call it by some scientific name, you have already admitted the public would not accept it and it's completely gross!

Stay true to what your body needs. Buy the chicken, eggs, beef, beans and vegetables that grew in dirt. You do not owe anyone your appetite just because the agenda is to make us all sick [so they can then make money on the health issues they create).

The Whole Tooth

Your teeth are not separate from the rest of you. Infection, inflammation, dead or poorly treated tissue in the mouth can burden the whole body. Problems in a tooth can show up as trouble elsewhere in low energy, organs, immunity and things that look unrelated until you connect the dots.

This is not a theory to me. It is a cautionary tale. Someone I know had a root canal that got infected. Within a year they had cancer. About three months after that they passed away.  I know this wasn't coincidence.

I am not saying every root canal ends that way. I am saying an unresolved infection in the jaw is not a small local problem. The body has to keep fighting it as gland and lymph systems cycle through the mouth. If your teeth have issues, don't treat it like a minor dental issue. Get it looked at. Do not let infection sit in your mouth.

Let Children Be Children

There is something deeply absurd about marketing makeup and beauty products to young children and toddlers. The beauty industry spent decades marketing to, convincing them they needed one more product to look better, younger or more attractive (which I'm also against, but for another discussion). The evolved to focus on men and teens.  Now that same marketing machine is moving toward children, treating them as a new generation of beauty consumers.  The corporate greed is a beast.

Toddlers don't need makeup. Young children don't need adult beauty routines. They don't need to be taught that their appearance is something to constantly evaluate, improve, or enhance.

This isn't about health. It's about vanity, marketing, and profit.  Parents, please don't let your kids fall prey to this. Kids are not miniature adults. Adult products and adult beauty standards belong in adult hands. Childhood should be a time for play, imagination, learning, and simply being comfortable in your own skin.

Parents have a role in protecting that boundary, too. We shouldn't encourage children to worry about looking older, more glamorous, or more attractive simply because an industry has decided they are a profitable market.  See this marketing ploy for what it is.

Let adults be adults. Let children be children.

Tartarian Truth in Plain Sight

What if we didn't build the world and the evil elite just stole what they "found?"  I believe a civilization before us created cities, buildings, infrastructure and monuments, which is very different than the story we've been given. Then came renaming and rewriting of a story. They took what was already standing and attached their names to it, declared locations “founded” and gave us the impression that "founded" meant erected. This evolved into an accepted history. His-story literally, means just that "his" story. It's a narrative written by those who held the power to preserve, publish and teach it. This allowed them to decide which questions were allowed and which questions were dangerous.

Groupthink Over and Over

A century later the same pattern repeats. Those making the rules stand unmasked in the sun and fresh air. Everyone else  is told to cover up.  It isn't from fear of the virus, but from fear of standing out. Conformity is easier than thinking. Groupthink does the rest. Covering up becomes a signal that you "belong" and you’re one of the good ones. Some things never change.

Critical thinking is a GOOD thing! Don't be afraid to stand out when it feels right.

Polio, Manmade or Myth?

In the 1940s to 1950s physicians noticed pesticide spraying overlapped with summer paralysis outbreaks.  It was then realized that this wasn't just a virus. Jim West later blew the whistle.  Suzanne Humphries and others then published graphs of DDT production versus polio cases further strengthening the correlation.

As always, do your research.  I will let you decide.  Was it DDT or something else?  Thoughts?

We've Become the Product

Healthcare used to be simple. You called. You were seen. The doctor knew your name. You paid a reasonable copay and left with answers. That version is mostly gone. What replaced it is a machine built to process people, not care for them.

Insurance is the real customer. Billing codes are the real language. Networks, portals, forms, referrals, and “not covered” are the real product. The clinic does not need to know you. It needs to extract enough data, enough signatures, enough billable minutes to keep the machine running. The doctor gets four minutes. The nurse gets eight. You wait weeks, then months, then get three (or ten) separate bills and a phone tree that explains nothing.

It is efficient for the companies in the middle. It is profitable for the ones who sell the software, the plans, the networks, the “patient engagement” tools. It is sad for everyone else. You are not treated like a person who is scared, tired, or in pain. You are treated like a claim that might or might not pay out. Your time is cheap. Your data is useful. Your loyalty is assumed because you have nowhere else to go.

Medicine did not have to become this. It could have stayed a relationship between a sick person and someone trying to help. Instead it adopted the same model as everything else by turning the human into inventory.

Thoughts?

Why a Spoonful is Powerful

One teaspoon of activated charcoal has a huge inner surface of about 10,000 square feet. This is possible because it is full of tiny holes. In the stomach and gut, that surface can stick to poisons, medicines and pesticides so the body does not absorb them. Doctors use it in hospitals after certain overdoses, and it works best if given soon after the person swallowed the substance. It does not work for alcohol, acids, cleaners, or metals like lead and mercury. It can also weaken other pills if you take them at the same time. It is a first aid tool, not an everyday detox or hangover treatment, but definitely worth keeping in the medicine cabinet.

Stop The Gaslighting

A healthy economy is not a press release. It is felt at the grocery, the gas pump and paychecks that outpace bills. When those conditions exist, people do not need to be told the economy is “doing great” because they already know.

Constant official cheerleading often means the opposite. Inflation that is balancing out are just words when food prices are at an all time high.  Job growth that is “solid” is nothing more than a tall tale if the new positions pay less than the old ones.

The best economic news is the kind that does not need a spokesman. Stop the gaslighting.  Thoughts?

Flock Around and Find Out

Did you ever notice how they didn't name them "Community Cameras" or some other catchy name?  That's because "flock" has nothing to do with community.  A flock is a group you count, move, and keep an eye on so none of them wander off and unsupervised. You don’t have to print “we think you’re sheep” on the camera, you just put it in the name itself.

They are creating a searchable map of ordinary movement that never blinks and never asks permission. Thirty days of data sounds temporary until you realize the cameras are everywhere and the next thirty days starts immediately.

No one wants this except those making money from the data. People have started treating the poles like clay pigeons.   They probably didn't expect the sheep to revolt.  You can only push folks so far before they've had enough.  I'm certain part of what we see is a test as to how far the line in the sand can be drawn.

What are your thoughts?

Where's The Beef (From?)

The Secretary of Agriculture refuses to say which countries will be sending hundreds of thousands of tons of beef into American grocery stores. She didn't say “we’re still negotiating” or “several partners.” She just said that she wasn't privy to talk about that.

This is the person whose job is to investigate the origin of the meat supply on your family’s table for safety. The administration wants to flood the market with up to 300,000 metric tons of imported ground beef, tariff-free or close to it, to knock prices down before the midterms and not tell you where it's from. If the solution is foreign beef, Americans have a basic right to know whose cattle, raised under what standards, slaughtered under which rules, are about to be mixed the burgers we are about to eat.

Why the secrecy?  A USDA stamp on a package already does not tell you where the animal was born, raised, or killed. Now the government is accelerating the imports and refusing to name the sources. If the beef is high-quality and safe, say so and name the countries. If there are reasons to keep it quiet, those reasons belong in public too.

Thoughts? My concern is if this is even real meat or a hybrid of something else.

The New "Green" Backyard

The US is supposed to be a representative democracy in which the people vote for the representatives, and the representatives speak for what the people want.  What we have going on with AI and data center eruptions is something that the people do not want and no one other than the rich elites making money voted for. Nobody marched in the streets begging for AI to draft their emails, summarize their thoughts or slowly work it's way into their mind. AI is being forced onto work, school, customer service and government systems as if refusing it was optional.

Not Worth the Gamble

“It’s so weird how the people who skip the flu shot… always seem to skip the flu too.”  The phrase lands lands because we all know that one person who proudly announces they got the shot and still find themselves missing three days of work due to the flu. The flu shot isn’t a force field.  It is merely a "guess" at what strain they "think" will hit.

So you can take the chance at a "guess" or allow you immune system do what it does.  The decision is yours.  Do your research.

Root Canal Cover-Up

For decades, it has been discovered that root canals are far more dangerous than dentists admit. The procedure doesn’t truly clean the tooth. Instead, it seals decayed, rotting pulp and bacteria deep inside the complex root canals that branch into the jawbone and gums. These trapped toxins then leak into the bloodstream, fueling chronic diseases and cancer.

Specific teeth have been shown to have correlations with cancer. The mainstream dentistry and medicine suppress this information to protect a profitable procedure while early researchers who raised alarms were silenced.

Once something is labeled as something that must be a suppressed truth, any scientific counter-evidence can is dismissed as part of the cover-up agenda. How many of you have had or know someone who has had an illness following a root canal?

Do your research.

Central Casting, Stage Left

Have you noticed Trump has a habit of slipping the words “central casting” into interviews, rallies and offhand remarks. He’ll look at a general, a politician, a news anchor, or even a random face in the crowd and say something like, “That guy looks like he came straight out of central casting.” It happens often enough that people who listen closely start noticing the pattern.

Central Casting is a REAL Hollywood company that has supplied extras and character actors for movies and television for decades. When Trump uses the phrase, it's a way of saying pay attention. To those who dismiss it, the line is just another Trumpism. To others, it functions as a running commentary that everything if fake with adversaries arriving on cue, storylines escalating on schedule and villains and heroes are playing their expected roles.  This is more like a soap opera than spontaneous reality.

The truth is the same language Hollywood uses to cast extras is being applied to the people driving  headlines.  Whether this is Trump's observational humor or a repeated signal that the stage is set, the players are performing their assigned parts and the phrase keeps returning.

What are your thoughts?

Is This REALLY Where We Are?

In a society that claims progress and the rule of law, official advice now sounds like something from a third world country.  I mean phrases like don’t walk alone, carry only what you need and be ready to hand over your phone, purse, or wallet have become actual advice!!

These are recommendations given to residents of a major American city amid rising street crime. The message is clear.  Rather than deal with the problem, compliance is the safest route.

In what we still call a civilized world, robbery is treated as an inevitable transaction rather than a violation. A functioning society prioritizes prevention and consequences so people can walk freely. When authorities essentially say “just comply,” it signals that they have lost control.

How is it in your area of the world?  I hope much better than this.  Maybe the US should take lessons from Japan.

Never Test Positive Again!

There is a good reason why I've never “tested positive” for anything. That reason is because I never “tested” myself for anything.  And do you know what happened as the result of my "no testing?"  Absolutely nothing!

In a world obsessed with screenings, alerts and fear, the absence of a test often means the absence of a problem. Many of the issues we confront daily exist primarily because we have been carefully told they exist.  Suddenly a condition feels urgent, measurable and in need of intervention.

This is the classic “create the problem and be the solution” system. Identify or create a concern that no one had, generate widespread awareness (and anxiety), then position the remedy.  Sometimes the most radical act is declining the test and discovering that nothing, in fact, ever happens.
